The Center for Workforce Development is an organization that assists individuals with disabilities in obtaining long-term meaningful employment and higher wages for sustainable livelihood.
We specialize in workforce development training, job readiness classes, and vocational and technical training from a data-driven, result-based, and person-centered approach for government agencies and nonprofit organizations. We focus on impacting the lives of people through a holistic person-centered employment approach based on transparency, Integrity, and accountability.

What we do
We conduct employment placements, job readiness classes, vocational and technical training, job searches, job retention, mock interviews, internships, and one one-on-one job coaching.
